Group Visit Request
Case Western Reserve University is excited to welcome you to campus! We offer group visit experiences for audiences with 10 to 60 individuals (one chaperone per ten 8th-12th grade students required).
Please fill out the form below
at least two weeks
before
your visit. We will review the information submitted and reach out via email about your visit options.
We offer a variety of visit experiences:
Information Session (30 minutes)
Full Campus Tour (75 minutes): includes academic, social, urban and residential life at CWRU
Abbreviated Campus Tour (50 minutes): omits surrounding Uptown neighborhood and residence halls
While we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to fulfill all aspects of your request, we will do our best to accommodate your group!
