College Credit Plus Application

College Credit Plus is Ohio’s dual enrollment program that provides students in grades 7 to 12 the opportunity to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking courses from Ohio colleges or universities.

As a College Credit Plus student at CWRU, you’ll take courses with our undergraduate students, who are among the brightest in the nation, and you’ll learn from esteemed faculty who are tops in their fields.

Submit all application forms and supplemental materials by the appropriate deadline.
Complete and submit your portion of the application electronically.
Supplemental materials (e.g., unofficial high school and college transcripts) should be uploaded on this application.
Official transcripts and the guidance counselor form can be sent by your counselor after you have been approved for College Credit Plus.
