Build a schedule to suit your interests. Meet with faculty members and current students, explore Cleveland's University Circle and tour campus. Our Admitted Student Programs are designed to expose admitted students to the complete Case Western Reserve University experience.

Admitted Student Programs span up to two days and are arranged conference-style, meaning students and parents will have multiple programs and events from which to select throughout the scheduled program. Events include:

► Information about campus resources.
► Academic sessions led by world-class faculty.
► Tours of campus and university facilities.

Visitors are responsible for their own overnight accommodations.

Instructions to download our schedule app with full event details will be shared with registrants a few days before the event.

While you are free to arrive at any time, we encourage students and families to arrive in the morning to maximize their time on campus.

Parent/Guardian Reception

The Office of Undergraduate Admission hosts a parents/guardians-only late afternoon reception on the first day of the program (Thursday at 5 p.m. Eastern) for the parents/guardians of admitted students.
