Financial Aid Appointments

Schedule an appointment to connect with a Case Western Reserve University financial aid counselor over video or phone. Appointments are available to current or prospective undergraduate students, graduate/professional students and parents. All times are Eastern.

Our financial aid professionals are required to follow federal and university financial aid regulations and policies. The financial aid professionals cannot change established policies. 

Financial aid eligibility is regulated by federal law and university policy. If adjustments have been made based on either federal regulation or university policy, these changes cannot be reversed. Learn more about recent university policies impacting financial aid

Current CWRU undergraduate students: If your family's 2020 income has been reduced due to COVID-19, you will find information here on how to appeal your financial aid.
